Room Rent & Booking Policy

• AC Room: ₹3,000
• Non-AC Room: ₹2,200
• Capacity: A maximum of 4 guests are allowed per room
• Extra Guest: An extra person or bed will be charged ₹400
• Booking Policy: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking
• Strict No Cancellation Policy: All bookings are final. Advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

General Guidelines

1. Timings: Check-in is at 12:00 PM, and Check-out is at 10:00 AM
2. Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out is available on request
3. Verification: Valid ID proof is mandatory for ALL guests
4. Privacy: Visitors are not allowed without permission
5. Belongings: Please take care of your belongings. Management is not responsible for any loss
6. Pet Policy: We are also pet-friendly!

Room Guidelines

• Designated Areas: Smoking, alcohol, and sheesha are only allowed in designated areas
• Appliances: Our refrigerator is reserved for in-house items. After using the geyser, kindly switch it off
• Outside Drinks: Outside cold drinks and Bisleri water are not allowed, as we provide fresh items for you
• Peaceful Environment: Loud music is not allowed after 11:30 PM to keep the resort peaceful. Strictly no loud music after 12:00 AM so everyone can enjoy the sound of sea waves and the peaceful silence

Food & Kitchen Guidelines

1. Fresh Meals: We serve fresh, homely food prepared on order. We bring fresh ingredients and cook fresh meals just for you
2. Advance Orders: Kindly inform us well in advance for food orders
3. No Outside Food: Outside food and drinks are not permitted
4. Kitchen Timings: 8:30 AM – 11:30 PM
5. Last Order: 11:30 PM (strictly)
6. Midnight Rule: No food after 12:00 AM (strictly). After closing at midnight, the kitchen cannot provide meals
7. Stray Animals: Kindly, food cannot be left outside as it will attract stray animals, such as dogs
